Come out and enjoy an evening of fun, fellowship and Desserts
We proudly honor and celebrate our Dedicated Volunteers and Scouts that have set the example for others.

Where: Shiloh United Methodist Church (943 N NC Highway 150, Lexington NC 27295)

What to Bring: This is a Potluck Dessert event. Please wear Scout Uniform. Scouts that plan to attend and have earned Popcorn prizes must have their information on this registration form to ensure proper recognition.

Cost: $5 per Adult. (includes: drinks, dining supplies, table covers, etc)

Every family should bring a dessert with them. This is the best way to ensure there is plenty to go around. Our End of Year Volunteer awards and Scout Popcorn prizes will be awarded during this celebration.

Please be advised refunds on Council, District, or OA Events and Activities will be made only if an adult calls the Council Office 10 days before the event to cancel that registration. The only exception to the policy will be in the case of illness, accident and/or death in the family. That cancellation must be called in the day before the event.  Please note, there will be a 5% cancellation fee will be charged on all refunds granted.
