WHEN: Tuesday, June 25th thru Thursday, June 27th. 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm.

 

WHERE: First Lutheran Church located at 3600 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410

 

COST: Early Bird registration fee is $30 if paid by May 31. Regular registration fee is $40.

 

WHO: All Registered Cub Scouts, having just completed Kindergarten thru 5th grade. Not a Cub Scout? Go to www.BeAScout.org to find a Pack near you and get signed up. Or contact Guilford Sr. District Executive, John McPhail at 336.378.9166.

 

HEALTH FORMS: A current BSA Annual Health and Medical Form Parts A & B is required on Monday evening check in .  ALL camper check ins will be done on Monday, June 24th 6pm until 8pm at Old North State Council office.  There will be NO check ins at camp.  All check ins must be done on Monday, June 24th.

 

ADULT VOLUNTEERS:

We are also looking for adult volunteers to help with some of the stations.  If you are available to help the above times AND attend an all-day training on Saturday, June 1st from 8 am   until 5pm at the Old North State Council, please indicate on the  registration form.

 

YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING:

ALL leaders and Parent Guides volunteering at camp must have completed the Youth Protection training module online within the last two years (i.e., certificate does not expire      before June 30, 2019) and must attend a Staff Training, Saturday, June 1, 2019.  Please help us protect our Scouts.

 

OLD NORTH STATE COUNCIL REFUND POLICY

Please be advised refunds on council, district, or OA events and activities will be made only if an adult calls 10 days before the event to the Council Office to cancel that registration. The only exception to the policy will be the case of illness, accident and/or death in the family and that cancellation must be called in the day before the event. Refunds cannot be transferred to future events or functions. Please note, a 5% fee will be charged on all refunds granted to cover cost of  processing.
